Our PoliciesA company or individual may cancel a Questnet or Vendor Partnership class without penalty by giving Questnet written notice at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled starting date of the class. If a company or individual cancels a specific course without at least 10 business days notice* prior to the starting date of the class, the company or individual will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee. Please fax cancellation to 520-962-4935. Reschedules A company or individual may reschedule a Questnet or Vendor Partnership class without penalty by giving Questnet written notice at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled starting date of the class. If a company or individual reschedules a specific course without at least 10 business days notice* prior to the starting date, the company or individual will be charged the full course fee. Reschedules will be based on seat availability 5 business days prior to the rescheduled class start date. A limit of 3 reschedules per course is permitted. Please fax reschedule to 520-962-4935. No Shows If a company or individual does not attend a class and does not give notice*, the company or individual will be assessed a 100% "no-show" fee. Class Audits Individuals may audit any class they have attended for a period of one year after the end of the original class attendance. Audits will be granted on a space available basis and a guarantee of a reserved seat will not be assured prior to five (5) working days before the start date of the class. Auditing students will not be issued new course material and are required to bring their original course manuals, etc. Reimbursements Questnet reserves the right to cancel a class at any time. If that happens, we will refund the course fee(s) in full. Questnet's liability is limited to course fee(s) only. Questnet cannot be held liable for airfare, lodging or other related expenses, including any airline penalties incurred. Special Provisions for Accelerated Courses For all accelerated courses, there will be a 20% restocking fee for returned kits. The kits will only be accepted if the seals are not broken. If the seals are broken, the return of the kits will not be accepted - no exceptions. If a company or individual has rescheduled an accelerated course they are responsible for bringing the current textbook versions to class. There is a limit of two reschedules on all accelerated courses. Failure to attend the second rescheduled class will result in forfeiture of all money. Special Provisions for Bundled Path Purchases All Bundled Path purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Path bundles must be taken within one year from date of purchase. Paths are to be purchased for an individual student only. Special Provisions for On-Site or Private Classes A company or individual may reschedule an on-site or private Questnet class without penalty by giving Questnet written notice at least 30 business days prior to the scheduled starting date of the class. If a company or individual reschedules an on-site or private class without at least 30 days notice prior to the starting date, the company or individual will be charged the full course fee. All on-site or private classes require a purchase order before the class is scheduled and attending students are not eligible to fall under Questnet's Class Audit Policy. Special Provisions for Vendor-Sponsored/Voucher-Sponsored Classes All vendor-sponsored classes, or classes being paid for by special vouchers, are subject to the same cancellation policy mentioned above. If a company or individual attending a vendor/voucher sponsored class does not attend class and does not give proper notice, the company or individual will be assessed a 100% "no-show" fee. The "no show" fee will be equal to 100% of the existing customer level price for that particular class. (*) Indicates notification of cancellations or reschedules must be made in writing through your sales representative. |
